Teaching - Summer term 2016


In summer term 2016 the chair for Economic Policy and Applied Econometrics offers the master-module "Applied Economic Policy". The Seminar will be held in English.

Topic: The Development of Productivity in Germany - a Cause for Concern?

The seminar is limited to 12 students (first come first serve).
Interested students are invited to attend the Kick-off meeting - 19.04.2016 10:00 (s.t.) GC 03/42.
Students that singed up via e-mail before the meeting will be preferred for seminar participation and topic choice.

The block seminar is expected to take place at June 20-21, 2016 at the RWI-Essen.

In the seminar each student will develop an individual research question, write a seminar paper and present it during the block seminar, which will take place at the end of the semester. After the presentation we will have some time for discussion and the students should be prepared to answer questions regarding their seminar paper and presentation.
