Module "Empirical Environmental, Resource and Energy Economics" (075 015)

Block Seminar

Ever since the energy crisis in the 1970s, environmental, resource, and energy economics has drawn increasing attention among researchers. This seminar will deal with several empirical methods to quantify the relationship between economic development and environmental quality. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of both behavioral interventions and the rebound effect to reduce energy consumption and impacts on the climate.

The introductory session has already taken place.
